NEWS IN BRIEF 7/2/17

POLICE IGNORE DEAD MAN FOR DAYS?
The Police Investigations Review Commissioner (PIRC) is investigating Police Scotland after the body of a man was found in a van in Stirlingshire.

The full circumstances are still unknown but it's believed that he may have been there for days after police were alerted to the vehicle.

I'm sure there will be a thorough investigation by the PIRC, after which, I'm sure no police officer will ever see the inside of a court.

Yip, we all know how this one's gonna pan out...

ANOTHER FAILED POLICE RESPONSE?
The Police Investigations and Review Commissioner (Pirc) have launched an inquiry in to the death of Elizabeth Bowe from St Andrews in September last year. Questions have been raised about the initial police response leading up to the incident.

Anyone seeing a pattern here?

Hmmmm.
