I love the story about the restaurant in Eastern China who charge customers for clean air (http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/blogs-news-from-elsewhere-35091784)
Seems pollution is so bad in Zhangjiagang city that the restaurant owner has to run air purifiers inside his restaurant - and charges customers a levy per head for the clean air they get to enjoy while eating their meal.
It's a great idea and we should do it here.
My local greasy spoon in the east end of Glesga' does a really great 'beans on toast'. Mega cheap too. The place is always busy.
However all those beans...well the air....
